I Choose You!, launched in 2021, is a reboot of a beloved Pokémon clique originally created by Lady Dinobug called Defender. As you might already guess, Pokémon holds a special place in my heart, and with this reboot, I wanted to rekindle that same sense of community and passion for the series by bringing together fellow Pokémon enthusiasts from all corners of the globe.

Creating this clique has been a nostalgic journey for me. It's not just about the game—it's about the emotions and memories that have accompanied me through the years. Pokémon has an amazing way of capturing the full spectrum of human emotion, from the excitement of catching your first Pokémon to the bittersweet moments of saying goodbye. It's a game that grows with you, and I wanted to continue this space as a way to connect with others who share that deep bond with the franchise.

Layout

Version 2 of the layout features official Pokémon artwork, designed and coded specifically for resolutions of 1920x1080 or higher. This new design is inspired by the nostalgia of Pokémon music, which holds a special place in my heart—it reminds me of the simplicity and joy of my childhood. Over the years, I've tried revisiting some of the older games, but sadly, they don't quite capture that same magic anymore. However, the music still carries the same sense of comfort and warmth, just like it always has, and that's something I'll always cherish. 💖
